YUFENGREC® Insulating Fire Brick also known as soft bricks or IFB, used in high temperature applications ranging from 2300ºF (1260ºC) to 3000ºF (1650ºC).
The bricks are manufactured from high purity refractory clays and other ceramic raw materials according to international standards, and are suitable to operate in various temperatures and atmospheres up to 3000°F. IFB bricks do contain a carefully graded organic filler which is burned out during the manufacturing process to provide a uniform controlled pore structure.
Each type is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements, and after firing is machined to precise tolerances.

Bricks are paved onto the pallet in a row ,each layer shall be separated and the wooden case is wrapped by film , the cardboard around the four side of pallet to protect bricks during long transportations
