YUFENGREC® produce Light Weight Insulating Fire Brick (IFB) , with Al2O3 content more than 40% ,and Fe2O3 content 2.-2.5% , which is made of 65-85 % of clinker combined by fire clay , formed under high pressing and fired under 1400ºC in the tunnel kiln.
The insulating fire brick feature with high porosity, generally 40-85% , low bulk density , lower thermal conductivity , it is good mateiral for the insulating layer of all kind of industry furnace or oven . it can reduce the heat loss of the kiln ,save energy,But as such light weight insulating fire brick with poor mechanical strength , abrasion resisitance and erosion resistance , it is not suitable fro the load-bearing structure of kiln .

Bricks are paved onto the pallet in a row ,each layer shall be separated and the wooden case is wrapped by film , the cardboard around the four side of pallet to protect bricks during long transportations
