Insulating Fire Brick JM28 With Light Weight For Furnace Insualtion
YUFENGREC®Insulating Fire Brick are made of high-grade refractory powder and material in good purity . During the process of production , organic and multiple filling materials are injected according to there required proportion ,the brick is compressed in vacuum and sintered under high temperature , for use in applications from 2300ºF (1260ºC) to 3000ºF (1650ºC).
Each type is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements, and after firing is machined to precise tolerances. Made from high purity refractory clays and other ceramic raw materials, these IFB contain carefully graded organic filler which is burned out during manufacture to give a uniform, controlled pore structure.
Key Features
High temperature insulating
Excellent strength and thermal stability
Low heat storage
High purity
Excellent thermal conductivity
Applications:
Atmosphere furnace
Forge furnaces
Ethylene furnace sidewalls
Ceramic kilns
High temperature back-up insulation
Carbon baking furnaces
High temperature kiln linings
Removable furnace doors
Packed in carton box :
Brick are paved inside the cartons and normally 8 or 10 pcs of brick per carton box , this way of package is suitable for the procurement in small quantity
Packed in wooden pallet
Bricks are paved onto the pallet in a row ,each layer shall be separated and the wooden case is wrapped by film , the cardboard around the four side of pallet to protect bricks during long transportations
