Refractory Monolithic Precast Shapes

The Refractory Precast Shapes are pre-fabricated refractory components manufactured in factory under strict quality control. Made of high alumina, mullite, corundum, corundum-SiC and magnesia materials, these precast refractory blocks are vibration cast, cured and pre-dried before delivery.

Compared with on-site castables, precast refractory parts feature stable physical properties, precise dimensions and fewer joint gaps. They can be directly installed by hoisting on site, greatly shortening furnace overhaul time.

Suitable for cement kilns, metallurgical ladles, aluminum melting furnaces, CFB boilers, waste incinerators and other high-temperature equipment. Custom shapes are available for kiln outlet, burner blocks, slag dams, launders and other complex lining positions.
