YUFENGREC®
YUFENGREC® -Kiln Furniture for Structure and Roof System, cordierite mullite pressed batts are well known in the market for their very high quality standard and durability. Batts can be produced in many different sizes and thicknesses according to the specific needs of each customer. Complementary pressed and extruded kiln furniture products like cylindrical supports, caps, etc. are also manufactured in qualities equivalent to the ones of the batts.
Our Kiln Car Systems for fine ceramics firing are tailor-made according with customer’s requirements and are designed to have a low weight and a superior insulation for energy saving.
Generally the kiln body struture included a furnace ceiling structure, hollow brick ,kiln car side structure .The main products are suspended ceiling structure ,hollow I-shaped rail hanger, hanger ,hanging plate, hollow flat plate. Kiln Car structure is based on the size and shape of the each kiln car ,the kiln car and wall curved beam and the kiln car side vruved seam between bricks with specially designed products. With energy saving and environmental protecion , reasonable structure , light and heat insulating ,safety and reliability ,convenient construction and long life

Cordierite-Mullite kiln furniture is designed for the structure and roof systems of kilns, used to support products during firing and thermal processes. Our furniture components are optimized for high thermal shock resistance, lightweight construction, and customized solutions, making them suitable for use in both suspended ceiling systems and kiln car structural elements.
Pressed Batts
Customizable in various sizes and thicknesses.
Used for thermal insulation and load-bearing in kiln car structures and ceiling systems.
Roof & Structure System Components
Suspended Ceiling Structure: Essential for kiln roof systems.
Hollow I-shaped Rail Hanger: Provides support for kiln roofs and ceiling systems.
Hanger and Hanging Plate: Key for structural suspension.
Hollow Flat Plate: Used for ceiling and structure support.
Complementary Parts
Includes cylindrical supports, caps, and other complementary components, all manufactured to match the quality of pressed batts.
Kiln Car Structure Systems
Custom-designed for kiln car dimensions and configurations, ensuring structural support for curved beams and sidewall bricks in specialized kiln car designs.
Furnace/Kiln Ceiling & Roof Hanger Systems
Ideal for applications in furnace roofs and suspended ceiling systems.
Energy Saving Retrofit
The lightweight and high insulation performance helps achieve energy savings, reducing operational costs in kiln systems.
Materials Used:
Cordierite-Mullite system is designed for high thermal shock resistance and high-temperature strength. The chemical composition includes Al₂O₃ (45%), SiO₂ (45%), and MgO (6.5%).
Manufacturing Process:
Primarily pressed batts, with complementary extruded or pressed components such as cylindrical supports and caps. These processes ensure the durability and customization flexibility of our kiln furniture.
Thermal Shock Resistance (40 cycles): Ideal for applications where rapid cooling or temperature fluctuations are frequent, reducing the risk of cracking and improving maintenance intervals.
Low Linear Expansion (2.4×10⁻⁶): Helps maintain structural integrity during temperature changes, reducing deformation and installation stress.
1250°C Maximum Working Temperature: Clearly defines the high-temperature limits of the material for more precise selection and application.
Energy Efficiency: The lightweight, insulating design of these components contributes to energy savings, making them an excellent choice for eco-conscious kiln operations.
