Alumina Fused Cast Refractories

YUFENGREC®Alumina Fused Cast Refractories are produced through high-purity alumina, which is melted under high temperature more than 2000℃ in Electric Arc Furnace and then allowed to cool and solidify in a mold. In view of adopting high purity raw material with low impurities , the products with minor matrix glassy phase and exhibits excellent minimal contamination to molten glass .

YUFENGREC®Alumina Fused Cast Refractories are produced through high-purity alumina, which is melted under high temperature more than 2000℃ in Electric Arc Furnace and then allowed to cool and solidify in a mold. In view of adopting high purity raw material with low impurities , the products with minor matrix glassy phase and exhibits excellent minimal contamination to molten glass .
The crystalline structure of this series products are composed of α-alumina and β-alumina. Different composition of these constituents’ products with unique characteristics, suitable for specific applications 
AFS-G Series products are composed of about 50% of the alpha alumina and beta alumina, the two crystals of the staggered constitute a very dense crystal phase structure with superior resistance to alkali .At the temperature belw 1350.its resistance to corrosion from molten glass is comparable to AZS refractories. Due to its less impurities such as Fe2O3 ,TiO2 and the matrix glass phase , make it barely blistering when contact with the molten glass ,so don not pollute the molten glass . Therefore such series products especially utilized in the Working End, Sidewall, Paving, Channel and Canal of High-end Glass Furnace 
AFS-U Series products are composed of 100% of beta alumina, good flaking resistance properties, especially superior corrosion resistance to the strong alkali vapor. Less matrix glass phase make it does not contaminate molten glass. Ideal for the area where the less scattering of glass raw materials, such as Superstructure
