Refractory castable

Refractory coating

Casting material

A semi-dry clay material that is lined with a projector. It is mainly used to build the inner lining of the whole steel drum. The materials are siliceous, wax stone, clay, high aluminum and zirconite, etc. High-silicon and high-aluminium projectors are more commonly used.


Dry mixing

Dry mixture, also known as dry vibration material or dry material. Using vibration or ramming in the dry state of the construction of monolithic refractories. This kind of material contains some kind of temporary binder, after baking demoulding.


Monolithic refractories have the advantages of simple manufacturing process, short production cycle, low thermal energy consumption, good integrity, strong adaptability and good comprehensive use effect.
