Its main properties are as follows: the density is 3.9g/cm3, the flexural strength is 370-450MPa, the dielectric strength is 25-30MV/m, and the volume resistivity is 1012-1013Ω·cm, and the relative dielectric constant is 10.0. It is often used to make crucibles, porcelain boats, refractory furnace tubes, etc. Alumina ceramics with a content of 95%, the sintering temperature is about 1650℃± 20℃. Its main properties are as follows: the relative dielectric constant is 8.5-9.6, the dielectric strength is 15-18MV/m, the volume resistivity is 1010-1012Ω and ·m, the flexural strength is 280-350MPa, and the density is about 3.5g/cm3.
