The range of products we provide are
◆Silicon Carbide Batts/ Shelves /Plate
In applications involving high temperatures or heavy loading, SiC batts are often the best choice than cordierite or mullite batts ,They can be made much thinner than cordierite - mullite batts, reaching thicknesses of only 5 -10mm. The batts can be manufactured in either nitride-bonded SiC , Oxide Boned SiC or recrystallised SiC materials ,which is completely free from grain fall and can be coated on one or both sides according to client's requirements.(suitable for applications from 1350°C up to 1600 °C ).
◆Silicon Carbide Beam
SiSiC Beams are widely used as supports in kiln and furnace construction, As part of kiln furniture structure, such material has good strength and creep resistance, allowing beams to span across larger distances in the kiln car structure.
◆Burner Nozlle
Silicon Carbide Burner Nozzles provides improved temperature uniformity and increased control over the flames in the kiln. In any industrial heating process, perhaps the most critical aim is to provide a carefully controlled temperature profile within the kiln or furnace.
◆Rollers and Tubes
The Silicon Carbide Rollers feathure with high load bearing capacity making them a good choice for use in roller kilns for the production of heavy clayware and sanitary fixtures.
The Silicon Carbide tubes are available with closed ends and in a variety of bore holes, making them suitable for use as thermocouple protection sheaths (thermocouple protection tubes) or radiant heater tubes.
We also have a specialist range of thermocouple tubes , specifically used for metal melting applications such as aluminium or magnesium due to its metal repelling surface characteristics.
◆Saggars and boxes
We produce kinds of Silicon Carbide Sagger, which is made by slip-casting ,it can be used for numerous applications, such as calcination and refining processes. The SiSiC material has no open porosity, reducing the risk of absorption. The saggars have a very hard, smooth surface that does not shed grains or dust, that's the key advantage when sintering or melting high value materials.

The Nitride Bond SiC setters are often used for porcelain manufacture in firings above 1250 oC , The NSiC material offers excellent resistance to hot-bending and very strong, allowing setters to be made thinner and lighter. Such batts and setter are completely free from grain fall and can be coated on one or both sides according to client's requirements.
